    Plans

    When is monthly payment due for subscription plans?

    • Payment is due on the same date each month as the date you sign up. For example, if you purchase your first month of a plan on Oct 1, your next payments will be due Nov 1, Dec 1, and so on.

    • Please sign up on a date that will work best with your finances on a monthly basis.

    • For recurring standard cleaning plans, please sign up between the 20th and 1st of the current or upcoming month.

    • For a weekly home management plan, you may sign up on any day of the month you like.

    Can I change my plan due date later?

    Yes. However, restrictions apply: 

    • Rescheduled date must remain between the 20th and 1st for recurring standard cleaning plans

    • Rescheduled date cannot fall within 5 days of previous due date (applies to all subscription plans)

    How do I use my monthly plan to schedule appointments?

    • You can apply it at check out when scheduling appointments online (within the limits of your plan), or

    • (Recommended) I'm happy to make sure your regular appointments are always booked for you (this is an exclusive member perk your plan entitles you to), so you never need to worry about it unless something specific comes up 

    What happens if an emergency causes us to miss an appointment I already paid for?

    If illness, inclement weather, or another emergency prevent us from completing an appointment and we are unable to reschedule it to fall within the current prepaid billing period, charges for the missed appointment will be refunded to you in full within 2 weeks. 

    Some months are longer than others; what if I'm scheduled for more appointments in a given month than I've paid for with my plan?

    Any cleanings scheduled according to your plan's service frequency (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) but which are not covered by your monthly payment can be paid after service via Venmo, CashApp, or cash. For example, if your plan covers 2 biweekly cleanings per month and you schedule for Tuesdays but a given month contains 3 Tuesdays, then payment for the third cleaning that month is due after service. 

    What if auto pay doesn't work for me? Can I book recurring services without signing up for a subscription? 

    You can book any number or frequency of one-time appointments (as my availability allows) and choose to pay either online or in person after service. However, please keep in mind:

    • Guaranteed/recurring availability is a benefit I reserve for subscribers and package customers only.

    • Subscribers and package customers only pay $38/hour (billed monthly or upfront), while one-time appointments are billed at $40/hour. 

    Packages

    What is the difference between a package and a plan?

    While purchasing a subscription plan allows you to reserve recurring services via monthly autopay, packages allow you to reserve a limited number of appointments with a single one-time payment. Plans also include exclusive subscriber benefits (reduced rates, priority scheduling, and discounts on other services). Packages, on the other hand, allow you to save compared to ordering one-off appointments, but do not include any other benefits. 

    Do you offer custom packages and is it possible to mix and match services?

    I'm happy to accommodate specific requests (including combining services) when possible but cannot guarantee a custom package. Please reach out so we can discuss your options!
