Service Policies

Booking 

  • To book a single appointment, follow these steps:

    • Choose your service type and duration on the Book Online page

    • Select a date and time from my availability

    • Answer a few questions about your home

    • Choose whether to pay now or upon completion of service

    • That’s it! You’ll get an email confirmation and an SMS reminder (if you consent) 24 hours before our appointment

  • If you are unsure of how many hours to book or require an in-person meeting in your home before booking your first appointment for any other reason, please reach out to me directly via email or text so we can schedule a free 15-minute in-home intro meeting

  • To book recurring services, please contact me directly in person while I am at your home cleaning, or via email or text

Contact Information

Payment 

  • Pay for single cleanings online at time of booking, or select "pay in person" to pay upon completion of service.

  • Pay for recurring cleanings monthly or upon completion of each cleaning.

  • I accept credit/debit, bank transfer, CashApp, Venmo, and cash

Rescheduling, Cancellation & Lock-Outs 

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 20% fee billed via invoice or charged to your card on file, if applicable (unless due to sudden illness, see Sick Policy below)

  • If I arrive to clean and no one is home to let me in (or, if you planned to be out but did not provide me with a code or spare key), and if I cannot reach you via text or phone call within 15 minutes, a 20% lockout fee applies, billed via invoice or charged to your card on file

Sick Policy

  • If you or anyone who lives with you gets sick with a contagious illness (i.e. the flu, a cold, pneumonia, chicken pox etc.) please text me at (541) 233-5207 to reschedule your cleaning at the first sign of illness

  • I may call in sick as well to protect you and your family

  • I understand that sickness may appear suddenly by no choice of your own, so I waive last-minute cancellation/rescheduling fees under these circumstances

Refunds

  • For Services Provided
    I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee-- If you are dissatisfied with my services for any reason, I will gladly return to your home and correct the issue at no extra charge. I do not issue refunds for services already provided. Please review the following refund policies for single and recurring cleanings that have not yet been delivered.​​

  • For Cancellations of Prepaid Single Cleanings
    If you choose to prepay for a single cleaning and a scheduling conflict arises at least 24 hours before our appointment, I encourage you to reschedule conveniently on my website, or contact me directly to reschedule, rather than cancel. If you must cancel, give me at least 48 hours notice and I will issue a full refund within 7 days. Refunds requested with less than a 48-hour notice will incur a 20% fee, deducted from your overall refund total.​

  • For Missed Recurring Cleanings Paid Monthly
    If you choose to pay monthly for recurring services, missed appointments while on a monthly pay cycle are not eligible for a prorated refund. I encourage you to communicate with me and reschedule instead of cancelling. I'm happy to squeeze you in as soon as possible on a day that works better for you to make sure your receive the cleaning you paid for.

  • For Cancellation of All Future Cleanings
    If you want to cancel recurring services (all future cleanings), you can do so at any time online or by contacting me directly. Any remaining unfulfilled prepaid cleanings will be delivered as planned and, moving forward, you will not be charged any further. No refunds will be issued for refusals to accept the fulfillment of remaining prepaid cleanings after cancelling. ​

Special Cleaning Requests

Special requests and miscellaneous projects not covered by my standard packages are welcome. Simply fill out the online estimate form. I will get back to you within 24 hours with a custom quote.

Cleaning Products & Equipment

  • To prevent cross-contamination between homes, I ask that clients provide a working vacuum cleaner; I bring all other supplies needed unless you prefer that I use yours

  • I do my best to accommodate those with allergies and sensitivities to certain cleaning products by using gentle, eco-friendly cleaning solutions as much as possible–please let me know if this applies to you before our first appointment so I can be sure not to aggravate any conditions or aversions you may have

Blinds & Appliances​

  • For safety and liability reasons, I do not clean blinds or the insides of ovens, toaster ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, or dryers

Hazardous Substances & Environments

  • I will not clean vomit, feces, blood, hypodermic needles, toxic chemicals, maggots, or rotting organic materials

  • I will not work in active construction zones or homes with excessive numbers of animals

  • If I enter your home and find any of these substances or conditions present, I will discontinue service and charge a 20% fee, billed via invoice or by charging your card on file, if applicable

  • If you have an excessive amount of clutter or trash build up, I would still like to help but I will need to conduct a walkthrough or see photos of your interior before I can confirm my ability to clean for you

Work Hours

  • My typical work hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., however this schedule is subject to change as I am a single mom and may occasionally need to shift my work schedule to accommodate my children’s emergent needs

  • If any changes I make to my availability will affect any future appointments I have scheduled with you, I will provide you with as much notice as possible

  • I manually update my availability on the online booking system daily/as needed to minimize double bookings and scheduling issues
