For Services Provided
I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee-- If you are dissatisfied with my services for any reason, I will gladly return to your home and correct the issue at no extra charge. I do not issue refunds for services already provided. Please review the following refund policies for single and recurring cleanings that have not yet been delivered.
For Cancellations of Prepaid Single Cleanings
If you choose to prepay for a single cleaning and a scheduling conflict arises at least 24 hours before our appointment, I encourage you to reschedule conveniently on my website, or contact me directly to reschedule, rather than cancel. If you must cancel, give me at least 48 hours notice and I will issue a full refund within 7 days. Refunds requested with less than a 48-hour notice will incur a 20% fee, deducted from your overall refund total.
