Service Description
Everyone knows a good cleaning routine keeps the house from getting out of hand, but doing it by yourself isn't always ideal or even possible. Our standard cleanings let you off the hook. We'll take care of it so you can attend to other things--or just relax! You can book a single session at any time and choose to pay at check-out or after service. Once you're confident you love our services, we recommend reserving your recurring spot in our calendar by signing up for a weekly, biweekly, or monthly standard cleaning plan. Standard cleanings include: - Furniture and decor dusting - Sanitizing high-touch surfaces - Sanitizing bathtubs/showers, toilets, counters, and sinks - Cleaning counters, stove tops, and outsides of appliances - Sweeping/vacuuming and mopping floors We also do our best to accommodate reasonable special requests such as changing linens and emptying trash bins, as time allows.
General Services Policy
CUSTOMER SERVICE TEXT LINE: (541) 233-5207 BOOKING & PAYMENTS: - To schedule a cleaning session, use our online booking system to choose your service, date, and time. Your request will be assigned to the first available cleaner. Choose to pay at checkout with debit or credit, or after service via Venmo. - To book using a payment plan, you can schedule individual sessions yourself by signing in on our website and selecting the option to apply your plan at checkout, but these appointments are first-come-first-serve and do not allow service provider selection. We recommend setting up recurring reservations directly with the cleaner you prefer or by contacting customer service. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS: - Sign in on our website as far in advance of your original appointment as possible and visit your account dashboard to reschedule or cancel an upcoming session. - If your cleaner needs to reschedule or cancel, we will reach out to you at the phone number you provided during booking. PAYMENT PLAN RENEWAL & CANCELLATION: - Your subscription auto-renews each month on the same day you signed up and repeats until canceled. If you need to change your renewal date, please contact customer service. - We request that you do so at least 14 days before your renewal date, but you can cancel your subscription at any time by signing in on our website and visiting your account dashboard or texting customer service. Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. REFUNDS: - If we cancel an individual session you’ve already paid for, we will refund you within 14 days of our missed appointment. - We do not process partial refunds for monthly subscription payments—if you are on a payment plan and we miss a session, your refund will be processed separately. - All refunds are sent through Venmo. FEES: - We do NOT charge rescheduling or cancellation fees. - In the rare event that your cleaner cannot access the inside of your home to work and we cannot get in touch with you, you will be charged a $25 lock-out fee. Please communicate clearly with your cleaner and equip them with any codes or keys they may need if you will not be present when they arrive.
