Cancellation Policy
-Prepay online or pay in person upon completion of service--your choice -To book recurring services, please contact me directly, either in person while I am at your home cleaning, or via email or text -I accept credit/debit, bank transfer, CashApp, Venmo, and cash -Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 20% fee (unless due to sudden illness), billed via invoice or by charging your card on file -If I arrive to perform your service and no one is home to let me in (or, if you planned to be out but did not provide me with a code or spare key), and if I cannot reach you via text or phone call within 15 minutes, a 20% lockout fee applies, billed via invoice or by charging your card on file
