Service Description
Running a household is not unlike running a business--systems and standard operating procedures are everything. This service includes: - A 60-minute in person diagnostic interview where I uncover the inefficiencies, time wasters, and inconveniences that have you spending more time and energy on household tasks than you should have to - A custom home management strategy with suggested solutions to each of the problems we discovered (delivered within 48 hours after our interview session)
General Services Policy
ONE-TIME/MANUAL PAYMENT APPOINTMENTS: Payment: - Prepay online or pay in person upon completion of service--your choice - To book recurring services and pay manually after each session, please contact me directly, either in person while I am at your home cleaning, or via email or text - I accept credit/debit, CashApp, Venmo, and cash Rescheduling, Cancellations & Fees: - Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 20% fee (unless due to sudden illness), billed via invoice or by charging your card on file - If I arrive to perform your service and no one is home to let me in (or, if you planned to be out but did not provide me with a code or spare key), and if I cannot reach you via text or phone call within 15 minutes, a 20% lockout fee applies, billed via invoice or by charging your card on file RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION PLANS: Renewal Dates: - Your subscription renews automatically one month from your sign-up date. - Sign up on a date that works best for your monthly finances (can be changed later but must fall between the 20th and 1st of each month). Rescheduling: - No fees; I’ll accommodate illness, weather, or emergencies when possible, but my recurring availability is tight — sometimes we may need to skip instead of reschedule. - Any skipped appointments are credited to the next month so you never pay for work not done. Refunds & Cancellation: - You can cancel your subscription at any time and switch to pay-per-session rates by signing in on my website and filling out the cancellation form or by contacting me directly. You can still access any appointments you already paid for; you will receive no further automatic monthly charges. SERVICE PACKAGES: Cancellations, Refunds & Fees: - If service is canceled before any work has been completed, you will receive a full refund, minus an inconvenience fee of $55, within 6 weeks. - If service is canceled after one or more sessions have been completed, you will receive a prorated refund, minus an inconvenience fee of $55, within 6 weeks. Rescheduling: - No fees; I’ll accommodate illness, weather, or emergencies by offering my next available opening.
